Imagine having a lot of important files and folders stored on your computer. It's important to back up all this data once in a while, so that in case a virus or hacker takes over your computer or if you delete the data by accident, you will be able to always have a safe copy of your important files and restore them with ease. Unfortunately, the Windows operating system doesn't have a feature for backing up data, so the only thing left to do is to install a separate application for this purpose.

A program which allows you to back up or synchronize your data with ease is InSync. This simple Windows program can be installed with ease, using a couple of mouse clicks and can be used by any kind of computer user, as the interface is very simple to use and intuitive. After installing and running the program, the user will be presented with a graphical interface which allows him to immediately start a new sync process, without having to read the help file first.

The user can either back up all his files and folders or just the newer ones, which will make the backup process take less time. An unlimited number of backup tasks can be defined in the program, each having its own settings. What's more, the program's interface will display in real time the number of files and folders backed up.

Pros

It allows you to back up and synchronize all your data with ease, using a very simple and intuitive interface. Besides that, the program can store an unlimited number of backup tasks, each having its own settings.

Cons

The demo version is a bit limited. InSync allows you to back up all your data and synchronize files and folders in the easiest and quickest way possible.
